BeCOME ALLIES. Promote a culture of Allyship across your organization.
My #ALLIES Journey teaches people how to work with intention to make connections, network, turn connections into allies, and ask for help in a constructive way. This journey enables you to be aware of the obstacles we each must overcome, and shows you how to become an agent of change in the face of inequality.
This Journey provides an actionable framework that equips every individual in your organization to be an ally, to build allies, and to promote a culture of allyship through practical tools and insights. By giving everyone a voice, and showing people how to share their power to empower the “onlys” in your teams you can unlock your organization’s productivity and make your teams more effective.
As part of the Journey, you will discover how to create a different culture, interact deeply with my story, uncover unhealthy microaggressions, make a difference through mentorship and empowerment, give others permission to act, and gain a new vision of being an ally.

What Participants are Saying
“The module on inclusion inhibitors was a wake-up call. I realized how often I’ve stayed silent—and how much power I have to change that. I think every person should take this training to understand the actions for ALLIES and Leaders.”
– Christine Bongard
CEO, WIT Network
“For the first time, I saw myself in the stories. I felt seen, validated, and empowered to speak up—not just for myself, but for others.”
– Gail Mercer- MacKay
CEO Mercer-MacKay Solutions
“This role play hit me like a lightning bolt. It didn’t just show what allyship looks like—it showed what happens when someone chooses courage over comfort. Watching Julian redirect the power in the room and elevate Robyn’s voice was a masterclass in intentional leadership. It reminded me that allyship isn’t about grand gestures—it’s about showing up in the moment, when it matters most..”
– Geoff Haydon
CEO, Ontinue
“Every leader should take this. I found the concepts articulated in a way that made it a simple and easy to remember approach. While the actions are not necessarily new to me, I had not thought about it in this way and it makes it easier for me to be more intentional about my allyship. If you are serious about building a culture where everyone thrives you should review it.”
– Rich Kaplan
Board of Trustees, Microsoft Alumni Network
“I’ve taken a lot of leadership courses, but this one hit differently. The real-world scenarios and roleplays made it personal, practical, and powerful.”
– Aaron Brooks
Vice President of Sales Insight Canada
